Lex Solit is a commercial and general management executive with a track record of scaling businesses at the intersection of technology, digital commerce, and consumer markets. He has led P&Ls and launched growth initiatives across Fortune 500 and high-growth tech companies, with deep experience in GTM strategy, partnerships, and platform monetization. His background spans leadership roles at AB InBev, Caesars Entertainment, and REEF, with global execution across the U.S., China, and Korea. Lex advises SaaS, fintech, and consumer-tech companies on enterprise growth and commercialization. He holds degrees from Harvard and Kellogg and speaks four languages.

Founding Partner

Jason is an experienced tech investor and entrepreneur. Based in Hong Kong, Jason has managed a portfolio of over $300M across early-stage tech (Khronos Holdings), collectibles, and real estate. While in college, he founded one of the early search engines, why.com, and later went on to found a pioneering China-based music investment vehicle. Jason is a board member and advisor to multiple startups. He holds a BA from Harvard University.
